Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

职位描述

Key responsibilities 主要职责:

1. Cooperate with SEM team to define the EPS (Element Performance Specifications) of sub-systems.

2. Break down the EPS into EDS (Element Design Specifications) of each EE-module.

3. Define the TPS (Test Performance Specifications) based on EPS,

4, Cooperate with ME (Mechanical Engineering) team to define the mechanical design and installation of module.

5. Cooperate with other R&D designers to define interface of modules,

6.Develop the EE-module, including simulation,schematic design. PCB layout design. PCBA level test/verification, and module level test/verification.

7. Cooperate with other R&D team members for system integration,

8. Transfer EE-module to manufacture team, including training and documentation.

9. Support CS (Customer Service) team for HW (Hardware) debugging.

Key requirement资历要求:

1. Bachelor or above of EE related departments

2.5+ year industrial work experience

3. Familiar with PCB level analog/mixed-signal circuit design theory and CAD tools.

4. Familiar with EE test/measurement instruments,

5. FPGA/MCU hardware design and auto-test development experience are plus

6.Good team player

Higher priority w/ following experience/competence:

1.Work experience in test/measurement instrument companies

2. Experience related to high-voltage with high-linearity voltage driver and precision current driver design

 

High-Voltage Design Engineer

Key requirement资历要求:

1. Bachelor or above of EE related departments

2.5+ year industrial work experience related to HV

3. Familiar with HV circuit design theory, HV parts, HV cables, etc.

4.Familiar with HV test & verification.

5. Good team player

1. Experience of design 15+ kV HV power supply

2. Experience of cooperate with top-tier HV power supply vendor

 

E-beam System Engineer

As a System Design Engineer specializing in Electron Beam Metrology and Inspection Tools for the semiconductor industry, you will be responsible for defining system performance specifications based on customer requirements and optimizing the architecture.integration. and performance of advanced electron beam systems for high-precision metrology and inspection. Your role involves working closely with cross- functional teams including hardware engineers, software engineers, application engineers, and customers to ensure system reliability, performance and accuracy in semiconductor wafer inspection applications

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Design and Development: Define system performance specifications based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with industry and operational needs. Conceptualize and design innovative electron beam metrology tools, incorporating electron optics. detectors, and system

companents to meet advanced precision and resolution requirements. Develop system designs focused on achieving high stability, throughput, and reliability in semiconductor metrology applications.

Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for tool malfunctions or performance issues. identify and implement advanced solutions for noise reduction. thermal management, and system stability,

Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to define future system capabilities based on evolving market and customer needs.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics. Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required. Ph.D. is preferred5+ years of experience working with electron beam systems. ideally in a semiconductor metrology or inspection environment.

Deep design experience in electron optics, vacuum. motion or control sub-systems, is highly valued. Expertise in electron beam physics and tool- level design for SEM, TEM. or electron-beam inspection/metrology instruments,

Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and inspection/metrology tools.

Hands-on experience with system diagnostics, calibration, and optimization for high-precision equipment
