法务Legal Counsel（2-5年工作经验)：Providing legal support to various business teams in China in diverse commercial legal issues, involving instant advice, or preparation and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents such as distribution agreements, marketing agency agreements, supplier agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, MOUs, demand letters and etc. 

Ensuring understanding of and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements affecting the industry in China, including but not limited to product claims, marketing and advertisements, data privacy, anti-trust and etc.; providing appropriate training to non-legal colleagues in the business.

财务Finance Manager（8年经验+）：1.   Financial reporting：Regular prepare and submit group finance package and JV business review report;

2.Financial planning, analysis and budgeting： Regular report to management on JV business, financial and operation performance; Prepare the budget and forecast；

3.Others： Financial support on China Project Team per request.
